You only ever pay the fixed labour and parts price agreed before any work begins — no mileage, no minimum fee, though evening, overnight, weekend or bank-holiday rates may apply depending on the job.
Will my door or cylinder be damaged during a lockout?
Almost never. Morgan works non destructive first, picking, bypass, letterbox tooling and bumping mitigation, so your existing cylinder, handle and door furniture stay intact. Drilling is a last-resort escalation and only ever with your written sign off.
What hardware do you fit as standard?
Premium grade as standard: anti snap cylinders are TS007 3★ rated (Sold Secure Diamond); mortice locks are BS3621 Kitemarked; uPVC multipoint gearboxes are genuine OEM or sourced from UAP, Yale and ERA. Everything is fitted to professional standards and backed by up to 12 months parts & labour warranty.
Do you cover commercial properties and landlords?
